Information you submit
When you use a quote form, the site collects the name, phone number, optional email address and message you provide. It also records the page used, submission time, browser user agent and IP address. These technical details help protect the form from spam and help diagnose delivery problems.
Phone-link analytics and call recording
When a phone link is selected, the site records a first-party event containing the page, time, browser user agent and IP address. Calls to the website's tracking number are handled through LeadVouch. The caller hears a recording notice at the beginning of the call, and the call audio, caller number, time, duration, source attribution and any voicemail message are retained for training, quality, lead review and follow-up.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, follow up about it, measure website performance and prevent abuse. A request may be shared with a local service provider who can respond to the described sewer or drain issue. Information is not sold as a general-purpose marketing list.
Storage and access
Quote requests and phone-link events are stored on the website's private server. Call records and recordings are stored in the separate LeadVouch system. Access is limited to authorized administration, agent and hosting accounts. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Quote-request lead records are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission. LeadVouch call metadata, call recordings and voicemail messages are kept for up to 365 days from the call date. Records may be removed sooner when they are no longer needed or after an approved deletion request. Backup copies expire through the site's scheduled archive rotation rather than being edited in place.
Email notifications
The site uses an email-delivery provider to send quote-request notifications to the site operator. The provider processes the submitted details only as needed to deliver that notification. A notification failure does not remove the copy stored on the website's private server.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, including page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, quote-form completions and phone-link selections. Form names, phone numbers, email addresses and messages are not sent to Google Analytics. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide this measurement service. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Third-party page resources
The site currently requests font files from Google Fonts when a page loads. That request can reveal technical connection information, including an IP address and browser details, to Google. Quote-form details are not sent to Google Fonts.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected] and provide enough detail to identify the form request or call. After the request is verified, approved deletions are applied to the active website record, controlled CSV exports and LeadVouch records. Backup copies expire through normal archive rotation. Requests are reviewed against any recordkeeping obligations that apply.
Who controls the records
The website's portfolio owner controls the domain, website and stored lead records. A local service provider may receive the details needed to respond to a request, but does not receive ownership of the website, its lead database or its call records.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website's lead handling, analytics or service-provider relationships change. The date above will be revised when that happens.
